Deposit

Make your $1500 non-refundable deposit to hold your place at: https://mitchell.diamondmindinc.com/

Submit your Financial Responsibility Form

Download, complete and submit the following to the Bursar (bursar@mitchell.edu or Bursar, Mitchell College, 437 Pequot Ave., New London, CT 06320)

• Thames Financial Responsibility Form

Complete and submit the following to Accessibility Services

(instructions for submission are on the online form)

• Accessibility Services Request for Services Form

Download, complete and submit the following to Health Services

(Fax to 860-701-5198 or mail to Health Services, Mitchell College, 437 Pequot Ave., New London, CT 06320)

• Student Health Form (to be completed by Student and Student’s physician). A physical must be dated within 12 months prior to enrollment. Student Health Form must include vaccination record. 

Student Housing Request

• Starting May 1, submit Housing Request. The Housing Application for deposited students opens May 1, 2022. The link to the housing application will be in your portal; login information and instructions will be sent via email. Application closes June 30.

Insurance Waiver

Complete Insurance Waiver: If you have insurance through a parent or the state that will cover you in Connecticut you will WAIVE the school’s insurance policy; otherwise you will ENROLL in the school’s policy. (For students entering Fall 2022, this waiver goes live on June 1, 2022)
