About this Webinar
Because of the pandemic, many people are at home or in their dorms, not moving as much, and many times, eating whatever is easy or handy. More attention is needed to keep your mind clear and focused, and your body healthy!
Father/daughter duo, Tim Grills and Megan Ressler, will teach you about mindfulness to help you notice your body and your habits and illustrate how you can adjust your eating—and cooking—to be more healthful.
Tim will demonstrate how to prepare healthy and comforting food, including soup, whether you’re using the microwave in your dorm or the crockpot in your house or apartment. Megan will teach several practices to help you center your mind and body, and even enhance your living space.
Join us as we share skills and support each other as a community!
