Flock Theatre’s “Make We Joy” is returning just in time for the holidays. The 30 year-old tradition is a multi-cultural celebration of the shortest day of the year incorporating folk-dance, choral music, mummers, poetry, ritual, and more. Under the direction of Derron Wood, the main producer of Make We Joy since 1992, it will be held for its third year at Mitchell College.
Make We Joy will take place on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Mitchell College with two showings, 4pm and 7pm. Admission is free.
In-between performances there will be a Peasants Feast provided by Mitchell College Dining Services:
