Godspell Graphic

Godspell is a vibrant, colorful, rock musical based on the gospel according to St. Matthew.  The show consists of parables that are told through playing games, storytelling, and pantomiming. An innovation for this production, the show takes place in a toy shop where each character is a toy that has been brought to life by Jesus for the purpose of teaching them lessons. Godspell, an exploration of biblical stories, resonates with wide audiences as a celebration of life and love. Performances will be held in the Clarke Center Auditorium on April 28 at 8pm, April 29 at 2pm and 8pm, and April 30 at 2pm.  Tickets can be purchased at the door, in Milner Dining Hall during dinner, or by contacting Donna Ogle at 860-701-5433, ogle_d@mitchell.edu or Jessie McKay at 860-701-7790, mckay_j@mitchell.edu. Godspell features a talented, dynamic cast and chart topping songs. This is a show you do not want to miss!
